Siprea Ltd is committed to preventing slavery and human trafficking in our business and our supply chains. This statement sets out the steps we take to make sure they do not take place.
Our business
Siprea is an engineering-led software, automation and integrations consultancy. We work with a small, senior team and a network of trusted specialists. Our supply chain is short and consists mainly of professional software and cloud services.
Our policies
We expect everyone who works with us, including any subcontractors and suppliers, to share our commitment to ethical conduct and to act with integrity and fairness. We do not tolerate slavery, servitude, forced labour or human trafficking in any form.
Due diligence and supply chains
Given the nature of our work, we assess the risk of slavery and human trafficking in our supply chain to be low. We nonetheless take reasonable care in choosing the partners and suppliers we work with, and we will not knowingly work with any party involved in such practices.
Our people
Everyone who works with us does so freely, is paid fairly, and is treated with respect. We comply with applicable employment and right-to-work requirements.

This statement is made voluntarily and reflects the principles of the Modern Slavery Act 2015. We review it regularly and update it as our business changes.
